Our Center

Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation - Boise (Boise, Idaho) offers the only skilled nursing facility physician-directed wound care program in the surrounding area. We offer in-house physician coverage four days a week and are located on a campus with retirement and assisted living centers.
